Legalmisfit is currently a 2nd year MBA student at the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler School of Business, focusing on entrepreneurship and marketing.
Besides juggling school work and trying to find a job, Legalmisfit likes to spend time with her yellow lab, Jessie. She actually likes to spend a lot of time with Jessie.
Prior to business school, Legalmisfit was a compliance associate at a mid-size hedge fund in Santa Monica. Before that, she worked in the compliance for the Wealth Management Services department at a bank in Beverly Hills, California.
In 2006, Legalmisfit graduated from Santa Clara University with her JD, and passed the rigorous California Bar Exam that summer. Before law school, Legalmisfit graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor's in economics with a minor in business. While at UT, Legalmisfit was a dean's list student and member of Alpha Phi Omega.
Her goals include traveling internationally every year, learning how to cook something edible, and winning the lottery.
